Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Veymont & Co provides a voluntary return program alongside the statutory rights available to consumers in applicable jurisdictions.

30-Day Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Products should remain in substantially their received condition and include original accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

Contact service@veymontco.com before returning merchandise.

Our customer service team will provide the appropriate return destination.

EU/EEA and Sweden

Eligible consumers located in Sweden and elsewhere in the EU/EEA generally have 14 days after receiving goods to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal without providing a reason.

Where one order is delivered separately, the period generally begins upon receipt of the final item.

The decision to withdraw may be communicated through the electronic return/cancellation functionality available through our store or by sending an unequivocal communication to customer service.

The goods must subsequently be returned within the period established by applicable law.

Our voluntary 30-day return program does not reduce these statutory protections.

United Kingdom

Eligible UK consumers generally have 14 days following receipt to notify us of cancellation and an additional 14 days to return the merchandise.

Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Return Costs

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of ordinary change-of-mind returns unless applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly agree to cover the cost.

Where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming and Veymont & Co is responsible, return costs will be handled according to applicable consumer law.

Product Problems

Contact service@veymontco.com promptly if merchandise arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.

Provide your order number and reasonable supporting information when requested.

Depending on applicable law and circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

EU Legal Guarantee

Qualifying goods purchased by EU consumers benefit from applicable statutory conformity protections, including a minimum 2-year legal guarantee.

This is separate from our 30-day voluntary return period.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned to the payment method used for the original purchase.

Statutory reimbursements will be processed within applicable legal deadlines.

Where permitted for EU/EEA withdrawals, we may wait until the goods are returned or evidence of return is supplied before issuing reimbursement.

Original Shipping

Standard outbound delivery charges will be reimbursed when required following a qualifying statutory withdrawal or cancellation.

Additional amounts paid for premium shipping may not be refundable beyond the amount required by applicable law.

Cancellation

Orders that have not yet entered fulfillment may be eligible for cancellation through the store's cancellation functionality or by contacting customer service.

Once fulfillment has begun, voluntary cancellation may no longer be possible.

Mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

Our international fulfillment network means your return destination may differ from both our corporate address and the original shipping location.

Do not send merchandise to our Florida office unless specifically instructed.
